The Kitchen Trash Queen
After hours, Celia cooks up the leftovers into delish new dishes in her Kitchen Trash Queen blog. Check it out!
Celia De Benedetti has been loving the kitchen for 30 years. Her first large gathering was a Thanksgiving dinner for 28 when her son was 9 months old. In pursuit of the passion for delicious food and the intimacy sharing food brings to people, her philosophy around standing up to the pandemic is to provide a nourishing experience in a positive way during a time when our need for sharing and being close to one another has been curtailed - Celia cooks for YOU!
She has since worked in high tech, has her own marketing firm, has catered fundraising events. For the last ten years, many people have told her to get cooking professionally. Her love language is sharing food she creates with folks. A need to share that love language compelled her to start Celia cooks for YOU!
Her blog The Kitchen Trash Queen focuses on reuse and recycle of what's leftover in the fridge - especially after a few days of cooking for clients!
